Assist the director with administration, clinical planning, development & operations of all therapy programs.
Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.
Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.
Assist therapists as assigned by the director.
Requirements Include:
The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT or PT) Prior therapy experience in Long-Term Care / sub-acute settings.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required.
Positive, team-player attitude.
Working knowledge of CMI, PPS, Medicare, and HMO management & utilization.
